Terrier Security Services (TSS) partnered with a global chemical-based multi-business entity operating multiple international manufacturing plants. The requirement was to secure and manage the workforce at a remote facility located on the outskirts of the city. We delivered comprehensive end-to-end manpower services including accommodation, food, lodging, and transportation, tailored specifically  to the needs of a chemical manufacturing environment.

Our solution covered the entire workforce deployment cycle, from rapid mobilization to daily sustainment, ensuring a stable and compliant security force. This included sourcing and hiring 125 security personnel from out-of-state locations, arranging their transit, setting up accommodation and mess facilities, and managing on-ground logistics.

We also provided specialized training aligned with chemical factory safety standards, ensuring that all personnel met the required health, safety, and compliance parameters. This comprehensive execution resulted in a highly functional and cohesive security team at a challenging remote location.

The Challenges

No existing deployment nearby – The plant’s remote location required building a security force completely from scratch.

Sourcing manpower from other states after local unrest – Workforce had to be mobilized from outside the state due to local hiring resistance.

Need for accommodation and food arrangements – Housing, mess facilities, and daily sustenance needed to be established independently.

Need to set up facility, transportation, and recreation center – All logistics—living quarters, transit, and recreation—had to be arranged and maintained.

Stringent hiring policies – Personnel had to meet strict screening and compliance standards before onboarding.

Aligning teams from different zones to work cohesively – Guards sourced from multiple regions needed harmonized training and coordination.

Local competition and community pressure – Security operations had to be set up while managing local competitive and community sensitivities.

Terrier Solutions

Identified a bare-shell building as accommodation – Converted an empty structure into a fully functional living facility for deployed guards.

Manpower sourced from Rajasthan – Mobilized and relocated compliant personnel from out-of-state regions to meet staffing needs.

Dedicated senior resource assigned for execution – Placed an experienced supervisor on-site to oversee daily operations and workforce management.

Created mess and recreation centre – Set up dining and recreation areas to support long-term workforce stability at the remote site.

Arranged outdoor sports and training – Added physical activity and training zones to maintain guard preparedness and morale.

Detailed site survey and ground report – Conducted an extensive assessment of vulnerabilities and resource requirements before deployment.

Branding activity for inauguration – Supported client-side opening formalities with branding and inauguration readiness.

Created a model unit for market penetration in Gujarat – Developed a benchmark deployment framework that could be replicated across the region.
